Refund policy
Please select your items carefully. As we print on demand, we are only able to process returns for damaged items or if an incorrect item is sent to you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at shop@gfco.org with your order number, description of the issue, and images of the damaged/incorrect item attached in your email. If an item is missing from your order, you'll need to send us a picture of the label on shipping package.
If your return is approved, we’ll work with you to either reship the item or issue a refund. If you request a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us without being approved for return will not be accepted.
